Hello! I'm Lina—a Hispanic mom from Texas, a proud parent of three college students, and a marriage veteran of more than 21 years. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North and South Carolina, a Clinical Sexologist, and a Certified Sex Therapist specializing in sex and relationship therapy. I help individuals and couples understand the deeper patterns shaping their experiences of relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. Challenges involving communication, desire, identity, and connection rarely exist in isolation. They are often influenced by past experiences, attachment dynamics, cultural messages, and the ways we have learned to relate to ourselves and others. My approach views sexuality within the broader context of relationships, attachment, culture, and family systems. Rather than treating sexual or relationship concerns as separate problems, I help clients untangle the underlying patterns that connect them. Together, we work toward building more authentic, connected, and fulfilling relationships—including the relationship you have with your own sexuality.
