Hello! I’m Lina—a Hispanic mom from Texas to three college students and a marriage veteran of over 21 years. I specialize in sex and relationship therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in North and South Carolina, a Clinical Sexologist, and a Certified Sex Therapist. I help individuals and couples understand and address the deeper patterns that shape how they experience relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. Many of the challenges people face—whether in communication, desire, identity, or connection—don’t exist in isolation. They are often connected to past experiences, attachment dynamics, cultural narratives, and the ways we’ve learned to understand ourselves and others. Rather than treating sexual or relationship concerns as separate issues, I focus on how these patterns interact—helping you untangle what’s underneath so you can build more authentic, connected, and fulfilling relationships, including the one you have with your own sexuality.
